Where there is an infraction of the rights of the designer or the production of a counterfeit item as a result of a sale through ExÎles Boutique or the lifting of an image from this website, and that infraction is brought to the attention of ExÎles Boutique and the designer, the designer will be entitled to pursue legal remedies through the appropriate judicial circuit.
